During the second reading of the government-proposed bill on making amendments and additions to the "Constitutional Law of the RA National Assembly's Rules of Procedure," the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, called on the Chairman of the Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition, Gegham Gevorgyan, who was not present in the chamber.
