Alarm Signals Regarding Snakes

Between June 11-13, the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received 11 reports about snakes observed in various regions of the republic. Specifically, these reports came from Yerevan, as well as from Ijevan and Noyemberyan in the Tavush region, Abovyan in the Kotayk region, and Artashat, Masis, and Ashtarak in the Ararat and Aragatsotn regions, respectively.

Rescue teams that arrived at the scene captured 3 grass snakes, 2 stream snakes, 4 leopard snakes, and 2 smooth snakes and relocated them to a safe area.
