Major Car Accident: BMW, Mercedes, and Opel Collide; 5 Injured Including Russian Citizens

On June 11, a major car accident occurred in the Shirak region. Around 15:35, vehicles owned by local residents collided in front of house number 1 on Vazgen Sargsyan Street. The cars involved were a BMW driven by 33-year-old Misak G., a Mercedes driven by 34-year-old Vahan A., and an Opel driven by 59-year-old Gagik K.

According to reports from shamshyan.com, as a result of the collision, 32-year-old Arpine A., a resident of Shirak and a passenger in the Mercedes, as well as Gagik K., the driver of the Opel, and his passengers—35-year-old Alessia M. and 28-year-old Marina V., both Russian citizens—were taken to the Gyumri Medical Center. Additionally, 7-year-old Olga M. was transported to the Austrian Mother and Child Hospital in Gyumri.
