Onik Gasparyan's Lawsuit Against Armen Sarkissian and Nikol Pashinyan Dismissed

The Administrative Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Onik Gasparyan, against the fourth President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. This information was confirmed to Sputnik Armenia by Gasparyan's representative, Shushanik Stepanyan.

"I was informed by phone from the court staff that the presented lawsuit has been dismissed. However, we have not yet received the decision, so we do not know what the basis for such a ruling was," said Stepanyan.

When asked whether they would appeal the decision, Stepanyan replied that they could not discuss such matters for now, as the decision is not yet in their hands.
