Rain and Hail Expected in Some Areas of Armenia

From June 5-10, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in separate regions of Armenia during the afternoon. Hail is also anticipated in certain areas. This information is provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, citing data from the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment.

"The wind will blow from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, with wind gusts expected to reach 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms. The air temperature will rise by 1-2 degrees on June 5," the announcement states.

In Yerevan, from June 5-7 and on the 10th, weather without precipitation is expected. On the evenings of June 8-9, brief rain and thunderstorms may occur in some parts of the city, with wind gusts possible up to 15-18 m/s during thunderstorms.
