19 Reports Received Regarding Snakes Observed in Various Regions of the Republic

From June 3 to June 5, the Emergency Situations Ministry's Crisis Management National Center received 19 reports regarding snakes observed in various regions of the republic.

Specifically, reports came from Yerevan, Hrazdan, Abovyan, and Yeghvard in Kotayk Province; Kapan in Syunik Province; Yeghegnodzor in Vayots Dzor Province; Berd in Tavush Province; Maralik in Shirak Province; Ashtarak in Aragatsotn Province; Masis in Ararat Province; as well as Norashenik in Syunik Province, Vernashen in Vayots Dzor Province, Dovekh and Voskavan in Tavush Province, and Ohanavan in Aragatsotn Province, along with Proshyan village in Kotayk Province.

Rescue teams that arrived at the scene captured 4 grass snakes, 4 bull snakes, 7 sand snakes, 2 smooth snakes, 1 toad, and 1 unidentified snake species and transferred them to a safe area.
