VIDEO: Romanos Petrosyan Refrains from Saying That Artsakh Will Not Be Part of Azerbaijan

The head of the State Audit Office, Romanos Petrosyan, is confident that there will be no regime change in Armenia. According to him, the low turnout at opposition rallies clearly indicates that the public is disengaged from the processes.

"In a legal state, especially in Armenia, any political process, including regime change, is impossible without the participation of the people and without the realization of the people's will. I would advise our colleagues to return to parliament," Petrosyan said during a conversation with reporters at the National Assembly.

When asked whether he could say that Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan, the head of the State Audit Office responded: "Given my position, I must demonstrate political restraint, and I am, of course, constrained from making statements that could potentially influence the negotiation process, so I cannot allow myself to say anything in that regard."
