Photos: Tragic Incident - Body of 11-Year-Old Boy Found

Today, June 2, a tragic incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 3:00 PM, Vardan J., a 48-year-old resident of one of the villages in Gegharkunik, reported to the Chambarak police that there was a child's body in the area known as 'Ktarani' leading to the 'polygon' and requested immediate medical assistance.

According to Shamshyan.com, police and investigators determined that on the same day, around 3:00 PM, an 11-year-old boy named Genadi O., a resident of one of the villages in the Ararat region, discovered a hand-held anti-tank grenade in the barn known as 'Ktarani' located in the administrative territory of Vahan village. Due to reckless handling, the grenade detonated, resulting in the child's immediate death.
