Extraordinary Incident in Syunik Region: Fire Erupts in Military Truck

Today, on June 2, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Syunik region. At around 13:40, the 911 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call reporting that a vehicle was on fire in the city of Agarak.

According to shamshyan.com, a firefighting team from the 56/1 Fire and Rescue Unit of the Syunik Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived promptly. The firefighters extinguished the fire that had erupted in a cargo truck registered under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
