Home of an Official from Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine Robbed

On May 29, a residential burglary occurred in the Syunik region. On that day, around midnight, the Kapan police received a report from a 34-year-old resident of Kajaran, Alexander Markosyan, who stated that an unknown individual or individuals had entered his home and committed theft.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, at the scene, Markosyan reported that between 18:00 on May 27 and 22:30 on May 29, intruders entered his house through the balcony and stole 2 million drams and gold jewelry.

As per Shamshyan's information, Markosyan informed the police that he works as the deputy head of the open-pit management at the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine.
