Two-Year-Old Mikayel Drowned After Falling Into a Water-Filled Iron Container

A tragic incident occurred in the Kotayk region on May 29. Around 6:40 PM, the medical center "Hrazdan" received a call from the police department reporting that a child had been brought in in a drowning condition. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, doctors at the scene informed the police that the child had died without regaining consciousness.

Authorities have identified the deceased as two-year-old Mikayel N., a resident of the Kotayk region, who fell into a water-filled iron container while playing in his backyard around 6 PM that day.
