Video: The Last Soldier Killed Was Injured in the Groin Area, Says Deputy Minister of Defense
The delimitation commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Moscow, followed by Brussels, stated Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sarkisyan during a press briefing with journalists at the National Assembly.
“The Moscow meeting will take place in the coming days, but I cannot specify the exact date. The first meeting was held in the mentioned area, the second will be in Moscow, and the third, according to preliminary data, in Brussels,” he noted.
When asked whether the commission's work would continue in light of casualties at the border, the deputy minister replied, “Naturally, the work of the commission must continue because negotiations are the best solution in all respects. In other words, even the worst negotiations are preferable to military operations.”
