Saghatelyan: Pashinyan Has 'Captured' Employees of Ministries

According to Ishkhan Saghatelyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has 'captured' the employees of ministries and other state institutions.

“While just a few days ago it was only Nikol who was isolating himself behind layers of police barricades, today, in fact, the entire state apparatus finds itself in the same situation. Nikol has taken the employees of ministries and other state institutions hostage by prohibiting them from answering the people's simple questions. When you look at these rows of policemen, everything becomes clear—Nikol has no power in Armenia. Nikol only holds an office that these very policemen are maintaining,” Saghatelyan wrote on his Facebook page.
