The Vice Speaker of the National Assembly, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, presented the text according to which the MPs would enter the building to understand whether the academic staff of YSU agrees with the points outlined.
“Armenia will support the full realization of the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh. Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan. There should be a reliable land connection between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh; Artsakh will not be an enclave. The Republic of Armenia is a guarantor of the safety of the people of Artsakh and the realization of their right to self-determination.
Work on demarcation and delimitation must be conducted on the condition of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. The demarcation and delimitation processes must ensure that the integrity of the Republic of Armenia is not compromised.
In the process of normalizing relations with Turkey, any agreement that calls into question the Armenian Genocide is excluded. The unblocking of roads with Azerbaijan and Turkey cannot take place within a corridor logic.”
