"Our gathering today will be in a slightly different format": Sahakyan presents upcoming tasks of the opposition

Member of the "Resistance" movement and MP from the "Armenia" faction Ishkhan Sahakyan presented the opposition's plans for May 30 and 31.

During a talk with journalists in France Square, Sahakyan announced that on May 30, at 19:30, they will gather at France Square, where there will be a working conversation with citizens. He stated, "We will gather at 19:30. Our gathering today will be in a slightly different format. There will be a working conversation with our citizens, because often direct communication is more important." He added that during the gathering they will listen to citizens, provide explanations, summarize their work, and plan the tasks for the next day.

Sahakyan also mentioned that from the morning of May 31, they will begin civil disobedience actions, and in the evening, there will be a rally and a march. He noted that the number of those detained during the action near the government’s third building has reached several hundred. The police have not yet released the number of detainees.
