Who Ordered the Scraping of the 'Artsakh' Inscription with the Artsakh Flag

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', just five minutes after the protesters left near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, employees of the ministry began scraping the 'Artsakh' inscription from the windows of the building, which was adorned with the Artsakh flag. A similar incident occurred months ago when Azerbaijani soldiers scraped the Artsakh flag from a bus carrying children to Artsakh.

Our sources indicate that this directive was personally given by Minister Ararat Mirzoyan. When citizens began to chant insults against those scraping the inscription, suggesting that only a Turk would scrape the Artsakh flag, several media outlets rushed to the scene and filmed this shameful act. According to our sources within the ministry, the heads of the relevant department attempted to temporarily halt the scraping, arguing that it was not an appropriate time and suggesting they could complete this important task after working hours. However, they received a negative response. Mirzoyan sharply instructed that the building be cleaned of the Artsakh flags at once.
