VIDEO. "Where is it written that a judge speaks to a victim with 'are'? Let Jhangiryan answer". Tonoyan is in front of the Supreme Judicial Council

Relatives of fallen servicemen have gathered in front of the Supreme Judicial Council and are holding a protest action.

The president of the Supreme Judicial Council has offered to meet with the parents of one fallen serviceman, but they refuse and demand to be let in.

“There is a meeting hall in this building; let them accept the parents. At most, there will be 50-60 parents; if there's no room, we will stand in the corridor. We are coming up as all parents; pass this message to them. I hope they do not want a confrontation with the parents,” said Karine Tonoyan, the mother of the slain Menua Hovhannisyan, addressing a police officer at the Supreme Judicial Council.

Tonoyan also referred to the scuffle that occurred during yesterday's court hearing. “Where is it written that a judge speaks to a victim with 'are'? Let Jhangiryan answer,” emphasized Tonoyan.

Participants of the “Resistance” movement are present near the Supreme Judicial Council to support the parents of the fallen servicemen. It should be noted that the families of the deceased are protesting, demanding the initiation of criminal proceedings against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on charges of “state treason.” The parents of the fallen will also appeal to the Supreme Judicial Council today, demanding to cancel the decision made by the Court of Appeals yesterday and to continue the trial in open session.
