Major Car Accident in Yerevan: Volvo and Lexus Collide, 4 Injured

Today, on May 26, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 08:45, near an overpass on Arshakunyats Avenue, a collision took place between a Volvo XC 90 and a Lexus vehicle.

According to reports from the scene, two vehicles ended up in the middle of the road following the crash. The emergency response team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Yerevan Fire and Rescue Service quickly arrived on the scene.

The paramedic unit of Yerevan's ambulance services also acted promptly, providing first aid to the injured at the scene before transporting them to the number 1 university hospital. Additionally, one of the injured was taken to the hospital by citizens in their own vehicle.
