Zakir Hasanov and Selcuk Bayraktar Meet
On May 25, Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov met with Selcuk Bayraktar, the Chief Technology Officer of the Turkish company Baykar. According to Azerbaijani media reports citing the country's Ministry of Defense, Hasanov emphasized that military cooperation between the two countries is being built on friendly and fraternal relations that are "developing and strengthening."
