Extraordinary Incident: Clothing Containing Human Bones Found in Stepanavan Cemetery

The investigation department of the Lori Regional Investigative Committee is preparing materials for the case of a body discovered at the "Charets" cemetery in Stepanavan on May 18, led by senior investigator Basmajyan.

According to Shamshyan.com, on that day, an officer from the community police division of the Stepanavan police reported to his superiors that an unknown citizen had provided information regarding a body in the mentioned cemetery.

The operational group of the Stepanavan police, led by department head Suren Bagratunyan, and a team from the Stepanavan investigative division arrived at the scene.

Investigators and officers found clothing that contained human bones. Upon examination at the site, a forensic doctor stated that the discovered bones appeared to belong to a person previously buried there.
