VIDEO: Biden Confuses South Korean Leader's Name

US President Joe Biden mistakenly mentioned the surname of the new South Korean president during his speech, confusing it with that of the former leader. The US leader arrived in South Korea for his first summit with the new president.

This marks the first stop on Biden's Asian tour, which will last until May 24. Biden will also visit Japan.
