Pentagon Unaware of Turkey's Demands Regarding Finland and Sweden
The Pentagon has stated that it cannot confirm the validity of Turkey's demands related to Finland and Sweden's accession to NATO, according to РИА Новости.
“I cannot confirm the authenticity of this list,” said a spokesperson from the ministry.
Earlier, reports indicated that Turkey expects to be included in the F-35 fighter jet supply program and to be exempted from U.S. sanctions imposed for its purchase of Russian S-400 systems in exchange for Sweden and Finland joining NATO.
