Guterres Proposes Exceptions to Fertilizer Export Restrictions from Russia, Says Nebenzia

The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has proposed to make exceptions to the restrictions on the export of fertilizers from Russia, stated Vasily Nebenzia, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, according to RT.

“He suggests introducing exceptions to every restriction on our fertilizer exports so that they can reach the world,” said Nebenzia.

According to him, there is no discussion about the trade of fertilizers for the export of grain from Ukraine.
