Grounds Exist for ILLEGAL Violence Against Artsvik Minasian, Including in Police 'Gazelle': Ioannisyan

Daniel Ioannisyan, the head of the 'Informed Citizens' Union NGO, has reported that a notification regarding the crime of violence against MP Artsvik Minasian has been submitted.

"It is with regret that I must state that we have grounds to assert that the apparent illegal violence against Artsvik Minasian occurred not only in front of cameras (which we have all witnessed) but also in the Police 'Gazelle'. This was happening while Minasian was simply trying to draw the attention of the police to the fact that a citizen had fainted and needed help. Furthermore, certain actions are being taken to identify the police officers who applied apparent illegal violence against Minasian (this is why the submission of the report took so many hours). I want to remind once again that MPs are elected by the people, and therefore any violation against them is condemnable doubly. This, of course, does not mean that MPs can commit illegal acts, but we do not see anything illegal in Artsvik Minasian's actions today," he wrote.
