US Plans to Create Conditions for Russia-Ukraine Dialogue through Arms Supply: US State Department
The US administration intends to create favorable conditions for Russia-Ukraine negotiations by exerting pressure on Russia and supplying arms to Kyiv, said Ned Price, spokesperson for the State Department.
According to the American diplomat, this way the US hopes to establish conditions for a good-faith dialogue.
He noted that Washington's goal is to support Ukrainian partners in any acceptable manner.
