Rally at France Square at 19:00, says Saghatelyan

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and member of the ARF Supreme Body Ishkhan Saghatelyan has announced during a Facebook live broadcast that there will be a rally at France Square today at 19:00.

"We have fully addressed the issue at hand. We have established that the people are the ones who hold the power in this situation. We will cease acts of disobedience at 11:30. The rally will take place at 19:00," wrote Ishkhan Saghatelyan.
