‘The Patrol Service Has Turned Into the 90s GAI’ - Babayan

Arsen Babayan, a member of the political council of the ‘Homeland’ party, writes:

“The Road Police and the Patrol Service have turned into the GAI of the 1990s. A citizen reports that their vehicle has been transferred to the impound lot and is not being returned. At the GAI's site, they stated that the car was brought there under the commander’s instructions and can only be returned upon the same superior’s orders. Such occurrences, which were widespread in the 1990s, had finally been eradicated. Apparently, by receiving millions from Europe and establishing a Patrol Service, this deadly regime is restoring all the previous vices that have ever existed.”
