Putin and Lukashenko Meet

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had a brief conversation following the CSTO summit held today, May 16, in Moscow. This was reported by Kommersant.ru.

According to the press service of the Belarusian president, the conversation lasted 40 minutes. During their discussion, they agreed to hold a large-scale meeting.

“At the conclusion of the CSTO summit, Vladimir Putin and the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, had a brief conversation. The leaders agreed to hold a separate large-scale meeting in the near future,” the Kremlin's website states.
