Marukyan Reveals Six Points of Peace Agreement Presented to Azerbaijan

Special envoy Edmon Marukyan announced on Public Television that he is authorized to reveal the six points of the peace agreement with Azerbaijan:

“The first point mentions that on March 11, Azerbaijan's proposal was received, and we are responding.

According to the fourth point, the Armenian side considers it significant to adhere to the commitments outlined in the statements made by the President of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, and the President of Russia on November 9, January 11, and November 26. This is the fourth, and what is it? The return of prisoners of war, which has not yet been implemented, opening of communications.

The fifth point indicates that the Armenian side is ready to begin negotiations to conclude a peace and normalization agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia based on the UN Charter and other international documents. This emphasizes the right to self-determination of nations and other important rights.
