Ishkhan Saghatelyan on Resigning from Mandate

Ishkhan Saghatelyan, the Vice President of the National Assembly, announced during a press conference at France Square that he will return to Parliament, stating, “I am speaking about myself at this moment, as we do not have a complete decision within the coalition.”

“Overall, our sentiment is that we will return to Parliament exclusively on our agenda. Currently, the issue of stripping opposition MPs of their mandates is being discussed, and we approach it with humor. We have a mandate from the people to serve the people's agenda. Today, that agenda is in the streets, and we are in the streets. If that agenda is in Parliament, we will be in Parliament. We have one mandate—to meet the demands of the people,” Saghatelyan stated.
