Video: Melamine Chemical Plant on Fire

A video is circulating online from the Melamine chemical plant in Slovenia. It has recently been reported that an explosion and fire have occurred at the plant. According to RIA Novosti, 20 people have been injured as a result of the incident. The explosion shattered the windows of houses in the vicinity. Local emergency services have advised residents to stay indoors.
