Opposition Marches Toward Prosecutor’s Office Amid Heavy Police Presence
Parents of soldiers who died in the 44-day war, who were being questioned at the Investigative Committee today, will soon gather in front of the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office to hold yet another protest action. They continue to demand the arrest of Prime Minister Pashinyan.
Ara Vardevanyan, a deputy from the 'Armenia' faction, announced moments ago at France Square that they are also heading toward the prosecutor's office and will continue their protests afterward. ‘We are going to the prosecutor's office to show our support to our parents,’ Vardevanyan said.
Meanwhile, a large police force has been deployed near the Prosecutor General’s Office.
