Explosion Occurs at Russian Military Base

An explosion has occurred at a military base in the village of Teisin, Amur region of Khabarovsk, Russia, resulting in one death and several injuries. This information was reported to TASS by a source from the regional emergency services.

“Something exploded at the military base, one person has died, and several others have been injured. They have been taken to the hospital,” the source stated.

Another source from emergency services told TASS that the explosion was due to gunpowder.

“The military base's fire and rescue team and one division of the local firefighters have been working at the scene, and currently, there is nothing burning there,” the source added.

The latest reports indicate that seven people have been injured.
