44-Day War Participant Velikhan Khlghatyan Detained from Home

Earlier today, without any justification, 44-day war participant and member of the ARF Youth Organization, Velikhan Khlghatyan, was detained from his home, reports the Facebook page of the ARF "Nikola Aghbalyan" Student Union.

"Just now, there was another act of hooliganism by the law enforcement officers acting on behalf of the ruling power, resulting in the detention of 44-day war participant, member of the ARF Youth Organization, Velikhan Khlghatyan. We urge the law enforcement to put an end to the daily violations. No pressure, no violence will silence us," the statement reads.

It is worth noting that today, Taron Manukyan, the son of MP Gegham Manukyan from the ‘Hayastan’ faction, was also arrested.
