Three Arrested in Connection with Fires in Krasnoyarsk Region

Three employees of "Rosseti-Siberia" have been detained in connection with criminal cases related to causing death by negligence during fires in the Krasnoyarsk region. This information was reported by RT, referencing the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to the agency, a preventive measure has been chosen for the head of the Kazachinskaya distribution zone of the company’s subsidiary, "Krasnoyarskenergo," who has been placed under house arrest. Two other officials have also been arrested.

Previously, "Rosleskhoz" reported that 350 houses had burned down in residential areas of the Krasnoyarsk region due to short circuits in substations and power lines.
