Video: Landslide at the section leading from Kanakeravan to Korean Gorge has filled the Hrazdan River, causing it to overflow, reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations

On May 10, at 13:18, a call was received at the National Crisis Management Center reporting a landslide at the section leading from the village of Kanakeravan in Kotayk Province to the Korean Gorge, near a bridge. The roadway has become one-way. This was stated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

A rescue team from the special rescue operations center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been dispatched to the scene. It has been determined that the landslide has filled the Hrazdan River, causing it to overflow and rendering the road closed in both directions.
