VIDEO: Biden Signs Law on Lend-Lease for Ukraine

U.S. President Joe Biden has signed a law aimed at streamlining the process of supplying weapons to Ukraine.

The document, titled "2022 Ukraine Democracy Defense Act," was presented to Congress even before the Russian invasion of Ukraine began this January.

On May 3, the bill was passed by a large majority in the U.S. House of Representatives (417 in favor, 10 against), after having already been approved by the Senate.
