Bayramov Emphasizes That the Deployment of Russian Peacekeepers in Artsakh is Temporary

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov commented on the activities of Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh, emphasizing once again that they are deployed in the region temporarily.

“Of course, from time to time, certain issues arise mainly related to the presence of Armenian armed groups in the Nagorno-Karabakh region and illegal visits to these areas. In such cases, the issue is raised and discussed at the level of the peacekeepers' command as well as at other levels. The Azerbaijani side is committed to resolving these issues precisely within that framework,” said Bayramov.
