Victory Parade Held Without Aerial Display: Reason for Cancellation
The aerial portion of the Victory Parade scheduled for May 9 in Moscow's Red Square will not take place due to weather conditions. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, just minutes before the start of the parade.
"The aerial segment will not occur because of the weather," he stated. Meanwhile, the Victory Parade in Red Square has concluded.
