Former French Prime Minister and Wife Sentenced to Imprisonment
Former French Prime Minister François Fillon has been sentenced to four years in prison, including one year of actual imprisonment, in connection with a case involving fraudulent employment practices. This information was reported by TASS, citing French media.
Fillon's wife has also been sentenced to two years of probationary imprisonment on the same charges.
