Putin Congratulates Leaders of Armenia and Other CIS Countries on the 77th Anniversary of Victory
Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent congratulatory messages in relation to the 77th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, specifically to the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Moldova, as reported by the Kremlin press service.
According to the statement, "On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, the President of the Russian Federation, V. Putin, has sent congratulatory messages to the leaders and citizens of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia."
Putin also extended his congratulations to the people of Georgia and Ukraine.
