One Minute of Silence to be Observed in Artsakh
The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports that on May 9, at 11:00 AM, a one minute of silence will be declared in the Republic of Artsakh to honor the fallen heroes of the Great Patriotic War, the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, the April War, and the 44-Day War in defense of the Homeland.
“We urge everyone, regardless of their location, to pay their respects,” the statement reads.
