Court Rejects Andranik Piloyan's Appeal Against Arrest
The former Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia, Andranik Piloyan, will remain in custody. The Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Mnatsakan Harutyunyan, has rejected Piloyan's appeal against the decision to detain him, attorney Tigran Sargsyan informed "Factinfo."
The lawyer also announced that a motion will be submitted to the first instance court regarding the application of bail for Andranik Piloyan, although there are not high expectations for its success.
