In the Krasnoyarsk region, extensive forest fires have led to the death of 5 people and injured 17 others. This information was reported by the press service of the region's health department, according to TASS.

It is noteworthy that, according to official data, the number of burned structures in the Krasnoyarsk region has increased fivefold in just one day.

The forest fires, which have not yet been extinguished, have encroached upon the territory of summer houses.
