How Can We Take the Authorities' Statements Seriously Now? - Nazaryan
The leader of the ruling Civil Contract party stated just hours after the war began that we should agree not to consider ourselves defeated, and now he says, regardless of what happens, let's agree that there is no political crisis in Armenia. How can we take the authorities' statements seriously now? This was said by Gegham Nazaryan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, in a conversation with journalists.
“How can we take seriously the words of those who say, 'You’re tiring us, there’s a war, there must be casualties'? I regard 80% of the members of the Civil Contract faction as children in swaddling clothes, who do not understand what they are doing; they need help to get out of that situation. They are under the influence of evil and do not realize the heavy sin they are committing. When they applauded their leader in the National Assembly, they inadvertently joined in the crimes and sins committed by their leader. This movement is also for them, to help them get out from under that sin,” Nazaryan stated. He noted that Nikol Pashinyan and his team have become detached from reality and do not grasp the situation.
