Will Khanumyan Get a New Position? "Hraparak"
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: Last week, the Prosecutor General of Artsakh announced in parliament that there is a minister in the government who has been charged; the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Hayk Khanumyan, has been accused, and the prosecutor's office has submitted a request to the President of Artsakh to suspend the minister's duties. However, they have not received a response for an extended period.
We noted earlier that Khanumyan’s continued position is supported by his compatriot Nikol Pashinyan, but Khanumyan is being backed not merely because he is from the same region, but rather due to the patronage of circles deemed to be associated with Soros.
Recently, rumors circulated that in the near future, Arayik Harutyunyan will dismiss Khanumyan from his ministerial position but will appoint him as the head of the presidential administration. This would mean that Pashinyan would have his eyes and ears in the Artsakh presidential office.
The news could not be officially confirmed.
Details are available in today's issue of the newspaper.
