VIDEO: Police Attempted to Detain Valery Osipyan

The opposition began its marches and acts of defiance in the streets of Yerevan today at 12:00. Former Chief of Police Valery Osipyan was also among the participants, and police attempted to detain him.

It is recalled that the day before, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and a member of the 'Armenia' faction, announced that acts of defiance would begin on May 6 at 12:00. Participants were set to gather at France Square and paralyze all traffic in Yerevan in four directions.
