Fraud in the Name of HayPost: What You Need to Know to Avoid Being Cheated and Losing Money

Auroranews.am has received alerts about yet another case of fraud. A citizen reported that they received a link under the name of HayPost company for making a payment and were directed to carry out monetary transfers this way.

Auroranews.am contacted the company, which informed us that they are aware of the issue and have been receiving regular reports regarding this matter.

"Attempts are being made to extract banking information from people by exploiting the name and brand of HayPost. Unknown individuals are trying to scam citizens out of money through fraud. HayPost has no connection with these messages. We have contacted the Police and the National Security Service to block these fraudulent mechanisms; however, at this moment, what users can do is avoid clicking on unknown links," the company stated.

We once again urge you that upon receiving such messages, you should not provide personal, bank card, or any other information and only use official sources and services that are well-known to you.
