Plastic Driver's Licenses Now Available, Traffic Police Announces

The Traffic Police informs that the process of issuing driver's licenses and registration certificates (plastic cards) to citizens has been resumed.

“Dear citizens, we would like to inform you that the recent technical issue at the Traffic Police, which caused drivers to receive temporary driver's licenses and registration certificates, has now been resolved. The issuance process of main driver's licenses and registration certificates (plastic cards) has been resumed,” reads the announcement from the Traffic Police.
