We have all been deceived, all of us. This was stated by former MP of the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly and athlete Arsen Julfalakyan at France Square.

“We have been deceived regarding the issue of Artsakh, regarding the preservation of territorial integrity, regarding ensuring rapid economic growth, in healthcare, we have even been deceived regarding the roads they love so much. I have been personally deceived when they asked me to join them and participate in the important task of 'state-building',” he said.

According to Arsen Julfalakyan, the calls addressed to him and others like him to assume responsibility and build a strong and powerful Armenia were merely beautiful packaging. “They were conducting their nation-destroying policies from behind the scenes. So, today it is proven that the Prime Minister of the country is a liar,” Julfalakyan stated.

“We have businessman MPs or, more accurately, oligarchs who promise money in exchange for favors. It is suggested that we sell ourselves for a large sum to Turkey and Azerbaijan. Have we forgotten what these states were doing to us just a year ago? Are we so easily forgetting blood? Not to mention the Genocide. They spilled the blood of over 1.5 million Armenians; how can we forget all this now?” Julfalakyan raised a rhetorical question.
